Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGWEN HOBSON (nee GRAHAM) Wife, mother, grandmother, friend, businesswoman, world traveler, card player, volunteer. This remarkable woman of many talents graced the lives of everyone she met. Gwen passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 20, 2001 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Winnipeg in 1924, this independent and resourceful woman lived a full and wonderful life. Her love of life, spirit of adventure, and intense curiosity was reflected in her passions for learning, experiencing other cultures, and hosting memorable parties. She will be greatly missed. Friends are invited to join our family in a celebration of Gwens life at the Marshall Funeral Home, 10366 Yonge St. in Richmond Hill on Thursday, May 24. Visitation 12:30 p.m., service 1:30 p.m. Interment at King City Cemetery on completion of the service. Donations in lieu of flowers would be appreciated to leukemia research through the Canadian Cancer Society.
